Same Day Dispatch
Inkni will dispatch all orders placed before 2pm same day. This means you should receive your order the following day. International orders please allow 7-10 working days before contacting usAll UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded delivery and will require a signature on delivery. We will email you when your order has been dispatched.
If you have not received your order, please contact us quoting your order number.
UK Returns
We accept unused returns for exchange or refund within 7 days.
Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection using our correct postal address (as below). If found to have a manufacturing defect you will be offered a refund or exchange.
Goods must be adequately sealed in original packaging. Please note that Royal Mail may reject any package that is not adequately wrapped. Fully complete the returns form this will ensure that you receive your refund or replacement goods promptly. Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof you have sent the package (there is no charge for issuing these certificates).
